Business Solutions Using Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager

At long last, my latest book on Outlook 2007 is available! I released Business Solutions Using Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager on August 4th when I was in NYC speaking at the NSA (National Speakers Association) National Convention.

I have been using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager before its release in 2007 and I absolutely love it. I have been using Microsoft Outlook since it was first released - many years ago. This version is by far my favorite version of the software and I especially like the Business Contact Manager portion of the software. If you're thinking about upgrading, be advised that there are several flavors of Microsoft Office and not every flavor contains Business Contact Manager. There are three flavors that contain it: Professional, Small Business and Ultimate. You may want to check out "Which 2007 Office Suite is Right for You?" found on Microsoft's website - to help you determine which version of the software you need. Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager is designed for offices with about 50 users or less. You can use the Business Contact Manager Database as a stand-alone application on one computer to help manage customer information for your business or you can share the database with others in your office. In the coming days I will share much more with you about the features we love and how our clients are migrating from older versions of Outlook or even eliminating their use of Act! or Goldmine software. For starters....one of my favorite abilities of Business Contact Manager is that with just one click on the "E-mail Auto Link" button and you have a complete history of all e-mail communication with your client or prospect. No longer to you need to go search your inbox, sent file or deleted file for this information when it can all be linked as part of the "communication history" of that Business Contact. Stay tuned to learn more about how you can use this tool in your business.

Make it a Productive Day,
